Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use your own preferred courier, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
